expects all suppliers, contractors, and business partners to operate ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with UK law.
This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards we require across all business relationships.

1. Purpose and Scope
This Code applies to all suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and service providers who work with Point 1 Solutions Ltd anywhere in the United Kingdom.
It forms part of our governance and ESG framework and reflects our commitment to sustainable and ethical business practices.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
- Operate in full compliance with UK laws including employment, tax, competition and data-protection legislation.
- Maintain records and permits as required by local and national authorities.
- Never engage in fraudulent, misleading, or anti-competitive conduct.
3. Labour and Human Rights
- Provide safe working conditions and fair wages that meet or exceed UK minimum requirements.
- Prohibit forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking in any form (Modern Slavery Act 2015 compliance).
- Respect freedom of association and non-discrimination in all employment practices.
4. Ethical Business Conduct
- Zero tolerance for bribery, kickbacks, or corruption (UK Bribery Act 2010).
- Accurately record transactions and financial data.
- Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose potential risks promptly.
5. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Suppliers handling personal or commercial information must comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Information must be used only for authorised purposes and protected through ISO 27001-aligned security controls.
6. Environmental Responsibility
- Minimise waste, energy use, and emissions in line with our Environmental Policy.
- Comply with all UK environmental laws and regulations.
- Encourage the use of renewable energy and sustainable materials.
7. Health and Safety
Suppliers must maintain a safe work environment and comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Risk assessments and training should be documented and accessible upon request.
8. Management Systems and Auditing
Suppliers are expected to implement management systems that monitor compliance with this Code.
Point 1 Solutions Ltd reserves the right to conduct audits or request evidence of compliance as part of ongoing due diligence.
9. Reporting Concerns
Concerns about breaches of this Code should be reported confidentially to
compliance@compareyourbusinesscosts.co.uk.
We protect whistle-blowers acting in good faith from retaliation.
10. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Non-compliance may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of the business relationship.
Serious violations may be referred to legal authorities.
11. Supplier Acknowledgement
By working with Point 1 Solutions Ltd, suppliers agree to uphold this Code and ensure that their own supply chains meet these standards.
