    We match them with top UK providers for broadband, leased lines, payments, VoIP, energy and more – fast quotes, impartial support.

  3. You both get rewarded

    When your friend becomes a verified customer (their chosen contract goes live), we send rewards within 30 days.

Rewards

Referrer: £50 cash per successful referral.

Friend: £25 cash on first contract.

Eligibility

  • Referred business is new to CYBC.
  • Signs up via your link or invite email.
  • Becomes a paying customer within 90 days.

Payouts

  • Issued within 30 days of contract live date.
  • Paid via bank transfer or CYBC account credit.
  • Max 10 rewards per referrer per year.

Referral FAQs

Question Answer
When do I receive my reward? Within 30 days of your friend’s chosen contract going live with a provider introduced via CYBC.
Who qualifies as a new customer? Any business that hasn’t previously requested quotes or signed via CYBC.
Is there a cap on rewards? Yes. The default cap is 10 successful referrals per calendar year (you can change this in the Terms).
How are rewards paid? By UK bank transfer or as CYBC account credit, per your selection in the dashboard.
What if multiple people refer the same business? We attribute the referral to the first valid link click or invite submission within a 90‑day lookback window.
