What Other People Think of RBS
Summary of RBS: Real Reviews
RBS Invoice Finance is one of the UK’s premier invoices factoring providers, boasting over 30 million customers and years of expertise in this sector. Their tailored contracts give you the flexibility to maximise your cash flow. Plus, they provide a range of support options and have offices nationwide to simplify achieving your objectives. While they do not have the best reviews for their customer service on Trustpilot, We acknowledge that these are not specific to their invoice financing capabilities and rather reviews of the bank as a whole.

Improvements of RBS over the Years
As part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, RBS invoice finance UK has extensive experience in various industries and we like that they offer invoice discounting, invoice factoring and asset-based lending to help you release working capital tied up in unpaid invoices, inventory, machinery or property.
Issues of RBS Over the Years
RBS is a great choice for those based in Scotland, as they offer Scottish residents a great range of useful benefits and services, however outside of Scotland their physical locations are less prominent than other high street banks, so their services are a little more limited geographically. We also think that their minimum turnover of £250k restricts small businesses who are just starting out and needs help with invoicing.

Our Verdict on RBS
RBS offers two types of Invoice Finance: Invoice Factoring and Discounting . These solutions are ideal for businesses with established in-house ledger control and credit control processes. Furthermore, RBS offers credit protection as an optional extra to their Invoice Finance solution, providing peace of mind if clients fail to make timely payments. Although they do not boast very many positive Trustpilot reviews, they offer some great benefits and support for Scottish based customers, making them an ideal choice if you are based locally.
We also think it can be very efficient to be able to get 90% of your invoice within 24 hours, but if you are looking to be more cost effective, it may be worth looking elsewhere for a better rate.
