Voxby
Voxby is a VoIP phone provider that uses the existing internet connection to help you make low-cost calls locally and internationally. By using a VoIP phone, which Voxby offer at discounted rates, or using an adaptor to connect your computer to the router, you can make calls remotely and therefore prevent the need to be in the office to get work done constantly.
Not only does this increase productivity, but it encourages colleagues to reach out to customers all over the globe and therefore assist with expanding the business and achieving success. Additionally, all VoIP phones are free to call and receive, no matter the location, an essential benefit of using VoIP. There are three plans available.
Voxby Plans
Basic Plan
Priced at £7.45 each month, as well as a one-time fee of £41 for an adaptor, the Basic plan is an affordable way of making calls. This plan is the simplest and targeted at employees who do not need to make a large volume of calls, for example, small businesses, as the monthly price is the cheapest; however, the rates are slightly steeper than other plans. For the United Kingdom, rates for United Kingdom landlines are £0.02 per minute, whilst United Kingdom mobiles are slightly more expensive at £0.24 per minute. International calls are also inexpensive. For example, Spanish landlines cost £0.02 per minute, and Spanish mobiles cost £0.27. The only free calls offered are those to South Korea.
US And Canada Unlimited Plan
The US and Canada plans are slightly more comprehensive, perhaps targeted more at medium-sized businesses, costing £17.90 each month. All calls in the United States, Canada and South Korea are entirely free, except Alaska, Hawaii and toll-free telephones. This is the ideal plan for those who make many calls to these locations. Rates for United Kingdom landlines are £0.026, United Kingdom mobiles £0.24, almost identical to the Basic plan.
World Unlimited Plan
For £22.35 each month, the World Unlimited plans allow free unlimited calling to over 35 locations. Notable countries include the United States, Canada and South Korea, just like the second plan, however also the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Austria and Australia. As a result, businesses are free to call customers in any one of these areas for free and for an unlimited amount of time, proving how flexible this plan is and showing its cost-effectiveness. However, mobile phones in these countries are not free to call. For example, United Kingdom mobiles cost £0.24 per minute to call.
Features
Every plan is different and appeals to different businesses depending on their budget and calling requirements. Nevertheless, all three packages include the same features. Included are the essential features that most VoIP phones include, for example, call forwarding, whereby an existing call can be transferred to a different telephone, for example, if the caller dialled the wrong extension or needed help in a different department.
Similarly, call waiting allows users to pick which call they want to take when there is a queue, even if they are already on a call, therefore putting the existing caller on hold. Another significant feature is caller ID so that all incoming calls show the caller’s telephone number, hence allowing users to decide whether to pick up or reject the call, with the option to block international calls or those that have no Caller ID.
If the basic features are not sufficient, you can purchase additional advanced features to help improve your phone system. Notably, an auto-attendant helps minimise time loss and makes customers feel more valued, for £1.45 per month and a one-time £7.45 installation charge. Essentially, customers encounter a menu when dialling your telephone number. By pressing corresponding digits to answer the questions they are being asked by an automated voice, their call is sent to a suitable employee or department. Other paid features include adding more extensions, toll-free numbers, and VoIP faxing.
Voip Phones
If you purchase a VoIP Voxby phone, calls can be made or received from other VoIP phones with no charge, as long as both the caller and recipient are connected to the internet. Voxby offers a discount for the Prestige 2000W and UTStarcom F1000 phones when one of the above plans is purchased, aiding businesses in making remote calls and removing the need to be in the business premises to communicate. This way, not only do employees have an increased chance to take more customer calls, but they also have the opportunity to communicate amongst their team, improving collaboration.
Voxby – To Conclude
Overall, Voxby offers three plans that allow unlimited calls in specific countries and offer basic and advanced features and VoIP phones.
