The Real PBX
The Real PBX, established in 2004, offers networking solutions to small or developing businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom and a range of other countries. These products, such as the Hosted PBX, use VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology that relies on the internet to make connections, basing its services on the cloud. The Real PBX states that this idea is designed to make it easier for employees to work remotely and allow “uninterrupted customer services” regarding communicating with clients.
Hosted PBX
The Real PBX provides a Hosted PBX solution, which is essentially a system that uses VoIP to connect the person calling the business telephone line to the employees on the other side but can do so to a range of different offices devices or extensions within the same company. So, for example, a call made by a customer in London will ring on all of the telephones in any of the offices no matter where they are located, and whoever picks up first will receive the call. Subsequently, there is a higher likelihood of the customers being served because if one employee is busy, another one will be available.
The Real PBX offer 17 features on their Hosted PBX system. All in all, they are designed to help employees answer calls in the most efficient manner possible, redirecting calls to whoever is most qualified to help so that customers feel more satisfied with the service. An advanced feature that helps develop businesses is the AC-CID, which encourages employees to make connections globally and expand into new territories. This option changes the telephone number depending on where the employees are calling, even though they are based in a different postcode, increasing the chances of customers to pick up as they no longer class the call as a scammer or spam. Other essential features include call transfer which routes the call to the appropriate department, call blocking so that no time is wasted on spam calls, and call hunting which allows simultaneous phones to ring or does so in order when unavailable.
Call Centre
Another VoIP product that The Real PBX offers another VoIP product is their Call Centre, which consists of three different solutions.
The Inbound Call Centre is a range of features that help to improve the efficiency of incoming calls made by customers to the business. For example, call waiting allows customers to be put on hold whilst the lines are busy, or the call can be transferred to a different desk phone or mobile that is available. Whilst they are on hold, music can play, or an automated voice can inform them on how long the queue is, how long their estimated wait time will be, or educate them on the business’s brand. Other notable features include recording calls and storing them in the cloud, voicemail, and call routing.
The Outbound Call Centre, in contrast, is a solution that improves the efficiency of outgoing calls that are made by the business. For instance, a receptionist-like tool called automatic script fill-up encourages customers to answer a series of questions by pressing the allocated digits on their phones linked to each answer. This is then sent to employees to understand the query better and have sufficient information when connected. Additionally, predictive dialling calls a series of numbers on the companies list until one is picked up, eliminating the need for employees to call every contact improving time management manually.
The Blended Call Centre is a culmination of the inbound and outbound Call Centre, which improves the company’s overall communication. Advanced features that a developing company may find beneficial are the supervision tools, which allow other agents to listen to live calls conducted by other employees and even intercept if they feel necessary, which is especially useful for new employees or audits.
Pricing
The VoIP prices depend on whether your business would benefit more from an unlimited plan (for larger businesses) or a per-minute plan (for smaller businesses).
The Unlimited plans for the UK fixed lines £7.50 for each number, and £66 for each extension, every month. As this is the more expensive package because of the ability to make unlimited calls, it is aimed at businesses with a high influx of calls as it would be more cost-effective than a plan dependent on minutes called. For UK mobiles, the prices are slightly steeper.
The Minute-based plans allow you to prepay based on how many minutes your business feels they require, ranging from 135 minutes for £6.75 to 100,000 for £745 each month. The more call time you purchase, the cheaper they become per minute. Like the first plan, the cost for UK mobiles is slightly more expensive.
The Real PBX – To Concude
In conclusion, The Real PBX offers a cloud-based VoIP solution for businesses with different demands and requirements by using internet technology that is faster and more secure.
