Samsung Unpacked – What We Know So Far
Samsung Unpacked will be a bit of an oddity. Usually, the company would launch the Galaxy Note 21 and Galaxy S21 Fan Edition at its Unpacked event, but it will not be so this year. The Galaxy Note 21 will not be launched, and it is possible that lacklustre sales of the S21 are to blame for the note’s absence. Read on for our analysis of the event. We have learned much about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup from reputable leakers. The main focus appears to be on low-light photography. Samsung also plans to integrate a new Ai Stereo Depth map into the Portrait Mode, which should separate subjects from the background and produce more stylish blurs. Other rumours indicate that the S22 lineup will be available in red, pink, purple, and blue.
The S22 lineup is aimed at older-generation users. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is an excellent entry for owners of Note 20. Samsung also announced the Galaxy Tab S8 lineup, a tablet that replaces the Note line. The Galaxy S22 Unpacked website suggested a “New Epic Standard of Smartphone Experiences.”
Galaxy Z Flip 4
In addition to the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Samsung will be unveiling the Samsung’s “Bespoke” edition of the Galaxy Flip 4 on August 10. The Bespoke Flip 3 will let you mix and match the colours on your phone. There are already 49 colour combinations for the Flip 3, which will likely be expanded to other markets, including Europe and Asia.
Read on to learn more. You can also check out the leaked Galaxy Z Flip 4 renders. We’ve seen renders of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 but have yet to see the unpacked version. Nevertheless, we know that the phone will resemble a Flip 3.
The Z Flip 4 will have a larger display on the cover than the previous model. However, the device will start with a 2″ screen. The crease at the top will be more pronounced than the one on Flip 3.
Galaxy Watch 4
The Galaxy Watch 4 was unveiled at the MWC 2021 event, but it is still not out in the wild yet. This virtual presentation is mainly a preview of the company’s new operating system, which will be developed in partnership with Google. There have also been plenty of leaks and renders of the watch, so we aren’t sure when it will officially launch. However, there are a few essential things we can expect.
The Galaxy Watch 4 was unveiled alongside the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and the Samsung Gear S4. Both devices feature a new chipset developed by Samsung in partnership with Google, the Wear OS. In addition, the Galaxy Watch 4 will feature a redesigned user interface and the latest version of the Wear OS, initially designed by Google. The Galaxy Watch 4 has been expected to launch in August, and we can expect it to be available for pre-order in the U.S. on August 26.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is the latest flagship smartphone from the company. Whether you’re a fan of the Note 20 Ultra, you can get one directly from Samsung for as little as £500 and then use the rest to buy accessories and other items. For those who want to take advantage of the latest and greatest in mobile technology, the company offers a variety of financing plans, as well as a Guaranteed Buy-Back program, which will give you back your device for up to 50% of the retail price, plus up to £500, if it’s still in good condition, within 20 months.
The Galaxy Note 20 lineup has two versions, with the International and United States models using a Samsung Exynos 990 system-on-chip. Both chipsets are based on a 7-nanometer technology node and include Mali-G77 MP11 GPU. The base RAM of both phones is eight GB, while the Note 20 Ultra has 12 GB. Both the Note 20 Ultra offer expandable storage through a microSD card slot. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra rumoured to get 5G to support The latest rumour suggests that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra could get 5G support.
The handset is expected to have an Exynos chip rather than a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and the company may choose to use a different modem in some markets than others. However, the FCC has approved several variants of the SM-N986 processor, including the Ultra Wide Band version marketed by Verizon.
While Note 20 has a slightly larger screen than the Note 10+, it has an extensive camera module, preventing it from being able to lay flat on a table. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is expected to launch alongside the Galaxy S20 in August. The phone is expected to have three rear cameras rather than the four on the Note 20 Plus. Hopefully, it will also get 5G support.
