ConferenceCaller
ConferenceCaller is a phone service aiming to make conference calls cheaper and more accessible for businesses so that meetings are simpler and more accessible for participants to join. Universal Calling, established in 1997, owns the company and manages various other companies. They use their long-time expertise to offer affordable rates and three different plans that their clients can utilise. These conferences can be held anywhere and made from any device, using high-definition quality to improve the conferences for everyone.

How Does ConferenceCaller Work?
The ConferenceCaller phone calling system is simple to use because you choose a plan and can begin to use it. However, it is essential to check which countries it is available in before you start, as although it is a global service, local access numbers are offered only in 36 countries so far. The most notable of these include the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan and South Africa, but this list should be checked beforehand. Even though these are the only available access number, calls can be made worldwide. Toll-free is not always available.
After you have purchased a plan, you can make conference calls. There are two ways to begin: the participants dial the local access number or receive a request to join the meeting.

ConferenceCaller Plans
Currently, three plans are available for purchase by ConferenceCaller, which can be sampled with the ConferenceCaller free trial of 100 minutes at no charge, allowing users to experience the system and decide for themselves whether it is preferable for them. The rates depend on which country you are based in. However, for this purpose, we are using the United Kingdom.
- The Dial-In (Local Toll) plan is where the conference call participants dial the local access number and connect to the meeting, wait for everyone to join, and then the call can start. It is priced at £0.015p per minute, and the callers incur a charge, the local toll, which depends on the geographic location and plan of the caller. This plan is the same for landlines and mobiles in the United Kingdom.
- The Dial-In (Toll-Free) plan is similar to the one mentioned above; however, it is toll-free instead of local toll. This means callers must dial the local toll number to join the conference but are not charged for calling, making it more beneficial. Priced at £0.12p per minute, it is slightly more expensive because of the toll-free aspect; however, it could be more advantageous for those that do not want to charge their callers, especially if they are long-distance or the conference calls are long.
- Unfortunately, this package is only available for United Kingdom landlines, not mobiles.
- Lastly, the Dial-Out Phone/Web plan differs slightly from the two mentioned above because participants do not need to dial the local access number. But instead, they are called by the system. This is unique because employees do not have to remember the numbers they must dial, do not have to type them in manually, and pick up and connect to the conference. This plan is priced at £0.023p per minute for landlines and £0.19p for mobiles.
ConferenceCaller Features
There are many basic calls features that you can use within the ConferenceCaller phone system. For instance, you can incorporate your contact list and create a conference with up to 50 employees without manually dialling each one.
Click the names of those you wish to contact, and they will be notified of this immediately. This can be the contact list in your mobile, office desk phone or any other device you wish to use to make conference calls. Moreover, you can access your call logs with information on when the call started and ended, how long the call was, and the location of where the call was made from.
A valuable feature of ConferenceCaller is that the calls are recorded and can be found in your account, whereby you can play them back. This is advantageous because conference calls are often long, with many participants; therefore, you can easily forget or miss information. By hearing them back, all data can be stored so that the call is not forgotten, and any forgotten details can be heard again.
ConferenceCaller – To Conclude
Overall, ConferenceCaller is an affordable way to make conference calls, with three plans to choose from depending on the needs and preferences of each business. Although there are few advanced calling features, basic options like recording and muting are available, making it beneficial for up to 50 participants.
