Call One Inc History
Bill Mays and Dottie O’Daniel Mays founded Call One, Inc. in 1987 out of their modest two-bedroom house, only intending to assist individuals in running their respective businesses more efficiently. Call One, Inc. first assisted clients in selecting the appropriate Plantronics, GN Netcom, Unex, or ACS headphones to be used in their workplaces, call centres, and dispatch centres.
They also offered headsets maintenance and all relevant attachments to assist consumers in getting the most out of their headphones. They persevered over three decades, the 9/11 tragedy, the
Global Recession and several storm emergency evacuations because of their commitment and drove to help individuals do good economically.
On the Space Coast, Call One, Inc. now helps almost seventy families and successive generations in certain situations (Brevard County, Florida).
Dottie O’Daniel Mays died on April 1, 2021, and Bill Mays died on August 15, 2018. In May 2021, their son Stephen Mays and daughter-in-law took over ownership. Dawn Mays was named CEO, and Stephen Mays was named President on June 1, 2021.
