It is the complete plan because there is not much range for users, but it is ideal for family-run businesses that do not have plans to expand.
The Simplicity Plus Plan is the intermediate plan, accommodating between 4 and 20 users on the phone system, with each person costing £19 monthly. It is noticeable that the more upgrades a plan has, the less the price per user, acknowledging that the more employees a business has, the more money they have to put aside for phone expenses, therefore trying to lessen that cost. This plan has the same features as all other plans.
